TRACKING INFORMATION

DHL will send you an email with your tracking number once the package is prepared and picked up at our warehouse. You can follow it at: http://www.dhl.com/en.html.

If your tracking link does not work try it again later as it normally takes some hours to DHL to register the tracking information. Please note that DHL only works on business days. If your order pass through customs, we are not liable for any additional costs it may arise. If you send a return package to a wrong address, we are not liable for any loss or misplacement.

From Monday to Friday, the orders confirmed before 6pm (CET), are processed during this same day. If your order is confirmed during Saturday, Sunday or holidays, it will be processed on Monday or first labor day.

Bratleboro is sending all orders from our warehouse in Madrid (Europe). Unfortunately we do not control taxes and/or customs that may be subject shipments tariffs. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance outside the EU. In most cases, the fees are charged at the time of delivery of the package. Customs policies differ in each country so please contact your local customs office for more information.

DOES IT FULFILL THE EUROPEAN REGULATIONS?

All our Bratleboro products comply with the compliance requirements according with EU legislation (CE) and has been evaluated by a certified organism.

WHAT IS THE SIZE OF THE WATCH?

The case of the watch sizes measures 44mm.

WHAT’S THE CRYSTAL MADE OF?

Bratleboro watches use reinforced mineral crystal, which gives resistance and durability.

WHAT’S THE MOVEMENT OF THE WATCH?

All our watches include Japanese Quartz Movement of three hands.

DOES IT HAVE WARRANTY?

All our products offer you 2 year warranty from the acquisition of the watch though our website (bratleboro.com) due to quality defects and materials.

The warranty doesn’t cover the normal deterioration, battery, strap, loss or stole. Bratleboro won’t accept any warranty claim if the watch presents signs of an excessive or bad usage.

CAN I WET IT, SHOWER OR SWIM WITH THE WATCH?

The watch fulfills the international norm ISO 2281/DIN 8310 about the impermeability and resists accidentals splashes and rain. Also, it’s designed and tested to bear station pressure to 3ATM (3 bar) during its production, but you can’t submerge it.

HOW CAN I KEEP THE QUALITY OF THE LEATHER STRAP?

To keep the original aspect throughout time, you must protect the strap from water, humidity, grass, perfume, cosmetics and chemical, and avoid to expose it to sun for a long period of time. If the leather strap gets some water, clean it up rapidly with an absorbing cloth.

HOW LONG DOES THE BATTERY LAST?

The battery lasts 2 years.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD

We begin processing your order as soon as the bank accepts your payment. The card information is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and never transmitted legibly through the network. The bank full payment directly. Bratleboro not have access to the information on your card and, of course, not the store on our servers. It is for this reason that you have to re-enter the information each time you make a purchase on our website. HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

To change or cancel your order, you must email us to contact@bratleboro.com as soon as possible after you order is complete of received.

Refunds are made using the original payment method whenever possible.

You want to open an account, change your account password, if there is a problem with a payment through your account, if you want to check the status of a transaction or any other issue related with the platform. Bratleboro doesn’t have access to your Paypal account.

FRAUD MANAGEMENT

To provide a safe shopping experience online, Bratleboro integrated fraud prevention tools in the online payment process. Every transaction is reviewed for indications of fraud in order to ensure the identification of the cardholder and protect against fraud. Bratleboro reserves the right to verify the validity of all payments before sending an order, for example, requesting additional documents such as identity cards or proof of residence. Any information you provides us be treated confidentially and will be destroyed once verified payment.

Bratleboro want to know if there's a problem with your order or product. If you receive the wrong item, the wrong order or duplicate orders, or if you don't receive your order in the expected timeframe, please contact us via email (contact@bratleboro.com).

ERROR TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

We will occasionally send your order before the carrier is able to provide information on their website. If you tried checking your tracking number and received a message saying they were unable to track your shipment, please allow a short period of time (a few hours) and try again.

HOW TO BECOME A BRATLEBORO RETAILER

If you’re interested in becoming an authorized Bratleboro retailer, you must have a business license (issued by your local government) and a retail store front.
